SEASON NON-SERVICE

<p>I visited Verimark Garden Route Mall on 21 Nov 2016. I ordered 2 "o" ring seal for a Genesis Hydrovac Extreme. The person that was on duty advised that I just missed the order date as they order every week on Sundays. He assured me that my order would be placed the following Sunday and from there it would take about 7 working days to arrive in store. Up until today, 29 Dec 2016, i have visited the store twice and a lady assisted me, advising that RTT have delays in delivery because of the Season. I understand that the load for couries this time of year is heavy, but my order was place in time and long before the Season started. The second time she advised that they have not received any stock and that she cannot give me any indication as to when they would get stock. This morning I phoned again, enquiring about the parts I ordered. The lady assisted me again, saying that they were not notified, but that the warehouse closed until the 5th of January 2017. She said that her hands were tied an that they get all the blame for parts and stock not being delivered. She mentioned a Dora and a Carl, I am assuming that these individuals work at Head Office or the warehouse. Needless to say, I still don't have the parts I ordered. And this very same lady who promised to call me back even before 9am this morning has still not contacted me. To some people this may seem very insignificant, but that very expensive machine can not operate without this "insignificant" little part. I am unable to use this machine, and I will NEVER buy a Verimark product again. I don't know how true all these excuses are, but I think it is very unprofessional and that the service at Verimark Garden Route Mall is non-existant. I would appreciate it if someone can call me or contact me to resolve this problem.</p>
