<p>I would just like to thank Bertus van Rooyen for his exceptional customer service.</p> <p>With my last experience with Verimark I have since never set foot in another store and defiantly did not want to even hear about purchasing anything from them.</p> <p>Purchased a Bauer Marbletech Homemakers Set for my mom 7 months ago and after much Hassel the one started peeling in the inside.</p> <p>When my mom initially let me know all I told my husband was (not again, I don’t have the energy for this)</p> <p> </p> <p>When initially logging my complaint on hello peter Bertus van Rooyen dealt with it and he was very professional and rendered excellent customer service. I then decided to contact him again as he recommended if I need anything in the future I can contact him.</p> <p> </p> <p>Within minutes of my message to him he rep**** and contacted me. Spoke to the store manager I said I will be going to and gave me a call back telling me who to ask for.</p> <p>Still I thought I’d probably get poor service and that this is going to be an issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Walked into store and the young lady behind the counter knew exactly who we were and that Bertus sent us. Within seconds we got a completely new unit filled in a slip and signed and everything sorted.</p> <p>I was shocked but a very happy customer whose faith has been restored thanks to Bertus.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bertus thank you for your exceptional customer service. I feel reassured and it’s because of the brilliant service you have showed me Verimark can provide.</p> <p> </p>
