Salesman Manhandles 1 year Old for touching a toy

A worker at Verimark Festival Mall by the name Thabo manhandled my ONE year old daughter after she took one of the toys on display and clicked his tongue thereafter. She cried & he just went on about his work. He caught me off guard because I was chasing after her when she took the toy, my intention was to park the trolley I was driving & remove the toy from her. She doesn’t know any better and is still learning. That was very heartbreaking. I asked him why he was so harsh to a one year old who at this point was hysterical but he showed no remorse. Instead he stepped towards me & angrily asked me why I let her touch his things. I asked for his name & he arrogantly directed me to his store, which I strongly believed the Manager was gonna let him off the hook. This is based on how arrogantly he told me where to go to report his behaviour. I’m concerned with his barbaric behaviour as a salesman who is supposed to be kind towards kids who are attracted to the stores products which are evidently intended for kids his age. She was merely fascinated however instead of being accommodative or representing the brand he is behaving inhumanely. GBV is a very sensitive issue in SA and to have a grown man, at Work & possibly in his 30’s manhandle a 1 year old like that in full view of everyone is disgusting! That behaviour can never be justified, how did he even get that job? To abuse his target market?
