Returns on faulty goods

<p>I brought a Genesis steam irorn less than a year ago ant it stopped steaming and there is a grey grease link substance coming from the plate which is also worped, they refused to exchange it and said it is to be repaired i would like to know how the repair a worped plate. </p>
