Refuse to exchange iron
In April 2015 I had to exchange my Genesis advanced steam iron after only 2 months. Once again the new iron proves to be faulty. Now Verimark wants to send it away for two weeks and not exchange the iron. Pbviously it is not worth the R799. Please. Help. How can a household be without an iron for more than two weeks.
