refund needs a application

My husband bought me a straightener as a gift but I did not like the product. We returned the product....but then get told they will only refund us within a few days we need to apply for a refund.<br> Firstly when we bought it no one told my husband that they don't do refunds and secondly no where on the slip does it state it too.<br> So now they sit with the straightener and the R500 rand...<br> When talking to the ladies there the one had a bad attitude to and told us we work on commission basis and this is why they do it this way....<br> By far this is the worst experience I have had with ever doing a refund or exchange......they will surely not see me again
