Refund

Hello I've been experiencing great difficulty in getting a refund for a purchase I made in December its been 3 weeks waiting for the refund at first I was told head office wss closed from 26 Dec till 6Jan and tgat was fine so they resubmitted my claim and that has been 2wks after they told me to wait for 48hrs . They keep telling me that its processed vut in not getting anything.
