Refrain from buying this Brand

Bought a vacuum that started getting smoke only on the 4th usage. Went to return they said they need to assess the product and it might take 2 weeks, so no solution for 2 weeks after paying so much for their product. Better thing to do it's avoid this brand. Specially because if they were good they wouldn't need sales promoting people in big selling points. Just don't buy this hazardous products Save yourselves and your families.
