real ripoff
I bought a Bastelle pot set from verimark in October 2014,a 6 piece set that cost me R4,000.I only used the one pot a day befor christmas,when I washed the pot it had a stain inside that I never aw before.I then went took the pots back ,and spoke to the manger at the shop ,after a long story ,she then exchange the pot ,and she promise me that I would not have a problem with my pots again.So sad to think that you paid so much ,and supose to be a investment,but had to be exchange after every cook,I then asked to speak to the manger then ,by the name of Isaac,he has promise me and my husband that we must take the pot to the store ,and in 7 days they will refund us with our money ,this is the third week now .I have send him a mail ,to my suprize,he replyed by saying ,the will not refund nor exchange our pots ,I will never ever by from them ,I'm without pots ,since Desember ,but they have my money...so sad how they can promise people things and at the end you just sit with bills to pay ,by phoning after them all the time.

The Bastille range is indeed guaranteed for a lifetime, should there be a material or manufacturing defect we will gladly replace or exchange at no charge. In January Verimark exchanged your unit as a gesture of good faith, even though there were clear discoloration markings on the unit indicating overheating.
An assessment done on your current set indicates the same. Heat marks can be seen on the base of the unit, resulting from overheating the unit. Unfortunately damage as a result of incorrect use or cleaning is not covered under this guarantee as this is not a manufacturing or material defect. We would however like to advise that a good stainless steel cleaning agent, such as Chemico, can be used to remove or lighten the heat marks.
Kindly refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning and care instructions.
