Quality of products deteriorating
<p>I purchased a hydrovac extreme. The suction power of the unit is great but the accessories of the machine are made of cheap plastic which is not fee's able. Within the first use ,the shampoo head broke ,i went on to purchase another and again it broke </p> <p>I purchased a total of 4 shampoo heads !!</p> <p> </p> <p>Its a total let down as the machine is not cheap ,standing at R5000.00 you expect a quality product </p> <p>Verimaak is aware of the problem with the machine accessories but has not made any improvements or compensated for the cheap and problematic product.</p> <p>.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Our staff will book the products in for an assessment at Verimark’s Head Office. Once the assessment is completed we will advise course of action.
