Quality Checked???

Purchased a Demo Genesis vacuum cleaner which has big Quality Checked (QC) stickers on the box only to find that the machine does not work. This is already a problem because someone willingly packed a lemon into the box to sell it as a demo??<br> <br> Went back to store expecting them to honor their 7 day money back guarantee only to run into a pool of administration problems.<br> <br> It has now been a week and still they are having issues refunding me the money. <br> <br>
