Promise not kept by Verimark

I will not write a long review as this is a follow-up to the one I wrote last week. Verimark asked for the Reference Number which was provided to them. On receipt of it, Verimark said they would contact me as soon as the item was received. To this day no one has contacted me. Leaving me with no option than to assume that Game has not even sent my iron in to them or most probably they made a promise just to silence me. STILL WAITING for a simple SMS,CALL, WHATS'APP, etc
