Products low quality [Derma Wand]
On the 22 Feb I purchased a Derma Wand which was advertised on tv through verimark. The product is almost R1200, to my disappointment when I got home and tested the product it was not working. I went on the 23 Feb to exchange it for a new one. Got home and tested it and it worked.... For 4 days. Returned it on the 26 Feb for a refund and now was told because it is over R300 I have to wait for a head office transfer. <br> <br> When I paid verimark got their fund immediately, why must I wait for a refund? On their 15 money back guarantee policy it does not state you will have to wait for a transfer, it says you will be refunded as soon as all documentation has been received. On the 26 Feb they had all the documentation. <br> <br> I can not understand how a product which is so expensive is such a low quality! Don't be fooled by verimarks' advertising
