Product quality
I purchased a Genisis sweaper. This product is a waste of money. Its says\ perfect for pet hair\", it however does not work. I have tried it now for the last 7 days and its terrible. For R750 you would expect a high quality product, I would like a refund or at least a product that acts like a vacuum cleaner and preforms as promised."
