Problematic!!!!

I bought a Genesis easy sew sewing machine earlier this year from Verimark. I have been appalled by the service or should I say lack of service that Verimark offer regarding these machines. They give you a training video, but it isn't a comprehensive video, it actually finishes in the middle of a sentence. The book that comes with the machine is useless, as it doesn't tell you anything and when you go to Verimark they can't assist you because they haven't been trained to use the machine. Please tell me how can you sell a product if you don't know anything about it??/ Oh yes!!!! and then their constant excuse is " because of Covid"!!!! I am so tired of everyone using Covid as an excuse!!!! They could have done online training or via videp call, or sent video's, etc.... There is no excuse in today's world with the technology we have that you can make excuses. Everything is possible. This is a very poor standard when we are buying their products and their service delivery is so pathetic!!!! Verimark you need to get your act together!!!!
