Pot is damaged after re-coat

I wanted to suprise my mum to have her priced Bauwer pot re-coated as a Christmas gift. I handed this to Greenstone branch in September. Yesterday, I got a call to let me know that the pot is ready to be collected(65 days later). When I reached home, I discovered there is a huge hole at the base of the pot. I need Verimark to replace this pot or re-coat this pot before 15 Decemember 2017 RK Moonsamy
