Poor service Verimark Kollonade

I took something back for a refund on 16 April and still has not received my money.First they refund it on debit card which wasnt possible and when I went back after a week the knew that wasnt possible and made exuses...I gave them all my bank details for EFT as they said they dont have cash.I went back again and phoned several times....Its now nearly 3 weeks and still struggling with them They never return calls
