Poor service from Verimark with regards to Cyclovac.
We bought a Genesis Cyclovac about 18 months ago. In January this year, the vacuum head broke... Wheels fell off as the pin holding the wheels in place broke Long story short, we have been into our local Verimark in Longbeach Mall, and the Blue Route Mall, numerous times, we have phoned numerous times. Our phone number and details have been taken down numerous times...and 6 months later, we still do not have a replacement head. 100% disgusted with Verimark's extremely poor service, their disinterested and sometimes downright rude, shop assistants.

I just wanted to let you know, that Natasha, who currently works in your Longbeach Mall branch, has saved the day.
Not only did she give us an old vacuum head until a replacement could be obtained, but she was pleasent, polite and a pleasure to deal with
She is also the only person to actually help, in the 6 months we have been deing with Verimark.
Kudos to Natasha, she was brilliant.
