Poor Service @ Verimark Hillcrest Corner

Very Poor service, bought a remote control car for my son as a Christmas gift and when opened and wanted to play with- did not work. Once we got a chance to get back to the Verimark Hillcrest to swop we had the same problem with the exchanged unit. Staff expected me to buy batteries to test third unit. Left with a unhappy son and am disappointed with the service.
