Poor quality products
Do not buy toys from Verimark, Very poor quality and they do not give any sort of warranty. Rather save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere.

This must be done within 15 days of purchase.
No refunds will be given for toys.
Exchanges are allowed only if:
The toy is returned in its original condition, with all parts, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
The toy has no visible damage.
A Verimark representative checks and confirms that there is a manufacturing defect.
Verimark will not exchange toys that are damaged during use. Any exchanges are at Verimark’s discretion.
When buying children's goods and toys, you must ensure:
They are used by the correct age group as stated on the packaging.
They are used for their intended purpose.
Children are supervised by parents.
Verimark will not be responsible for any harm caused by the misuse or abuse of the toys. The supplier of the toys will be responsible for such damages.
Please note: Toys do not come with a guarantee.
