Poor quality of I-PLAY FLIP racer
I purchased an I-Play remote controlled car on 13 March. My son played with it for about an hour and the plastic on the bonnet started cracking and fell off. I'm not happy with the quality of this car and believe that for a car that is meant to be flipped and driven around, it should last longer and not just break apart. The store refuses to refund me or give me a credit note. I have a hydravac in for repairs at the moment and on the same day I also purchased other items (eg. bauer pan that was on special). Surely as a loyal customer, I should not just be turned away like this???

Under normal operating conditions the I-Play Flip Racer will not crack or break as described. As per your discussion with the store Manager, we will gladly assist with either a replacement of the unit or goods to the same value, as a gesture of good faith.
Further to this, the monies can be put towards the repair costs of your unit, as per your request.
