Poor quality goods selling as high quality goods and prices

I am very disappointed in Verimark since my previous products purchased gave no problems . I bought a Hydrovac multi vortex on 11 /7/2017 had to return it 1 days later after using it twice, product overheated and stopped working . It was replaced immediately , I have probably used it 5 times and the new one has developed the same problem. I do not want it fixed I want my money back as do not have faith in this brand of vacuum . Absolutely shocking that this product passed the standards test, surely the factory must have these tests in place .
