Poor quality - GENESIS 1600W Water Filtration Vacuum Cleaner 80GHP plastic pipe

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the GENESIS 1600W Water Filtration Vacuum Cleaner 80GHP plastic pipe. It has snapped so many times of which we have to cut of a piece every single time which now leaves me with such a short pipe making it extremely difficult to use. I expect all components of this product to be of high quality and all I can say is absolute pathetic quality and not worth paying this amount of money.
