Poor Product/Service

I have been having problems with the coating of the Bauer Pans. The first one lasted about 5 years. Then I received a recoated one ,and another, and another .... Till now. Yesterday I had one replaced after about only 2 months. I had no problems at the Mossel Bay Verimark in Langeberg Mall. The same cannot be said about the service/ Personell of the Verimark at the George Mall. In Mossel Bay my Bauer Pan was replaced and my warrenty extended. In George the person helping me did not want to listen to my concern ,but replaced the pan and did not extend the warrenty. I look after my Bauer Pan , I only use the Bauer pan utensils with it. I left the Verrimark George Store with the feeling that I would never buy another Verimark product again, and that I would not advise anybody to ever purchase anything from them. This is a money making racket.
