POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ NO STOCK

Good day.

I am very disgusted in how Verimark does things. Saterday the 24th of April 2021 I wanted to visit a Verimark shop in Upington Kalahari Mall.

To my surprize, when I got there...the shop was closed and sealed of...with a very small notice that says the shop is closed.

I wanted to find out a price of the Tobi Platinum steamer because I am very intrested in buying one for myself. But now the shop has closed down....without any warning whatsoever. But there is more...

When I saw that the shop is closed down I immediately went to the Verimark online store....to my surprize...I get the message stock not currently available.

Now my big question is the following: I cannot buy it at a store as the one here is closed....and also online there is no stock....WHERE must I buy the product? It is a huge struggle to get something especaily in a town like Upington. Now the only Verimark shop that there was....is closed. But also there are no stock online.

I am deeply disappointed in how Verimark does things.
