Poor bad quality products Cyclovac is bad
I bought a very bad bad bad product with an extremely poor poor service from Checkers and Verimark. The vacuum they fixed is always stopping and now I have to wait for about 1hr especially after they claimed to have fixed it. I wasted money. I saw this product they are also selling at a reduced price at Makro and it’s bad. I need to warn people! GENESIS MULTI CYCLONE CYCLOVAC IS A BERY BAD PRODUCT. I hate this, the fact that it got broken in 2 months and was taken away for 4 weeks and it’s back and broken

The Genesis Multi Cyclone Cyclovac is fitted with an auto cut-off switch, if the filters are blocked the unit heats up and switches off to protect the motor from burning out. We do advise in our instruction manual the following: The unit is a small & versatile vacuum cleaner with suction never seen before, designed to last many years with a 2-year quality guarantee. It is important to note that a dirty filter restricts airflow, restricts suction power, and places extra pressure on the motor, significantly reducing its life expectancy. A clean filter is a filter that does its job properly by effectively filtering dust while not restricting airflow – allowing you to get the full benefits and cleaning power of this vacuum. Regular cleaning can be done by simply tapping the filter outside to release the dust from it. For more thorough cleaning, it can also be washed, but never replace the filter if not completely dry. Nothing attracts dust and retains dust better than a wet filter.
Please ensure that your filters are cleaned after every use

20 Mar 2024, 11:48For a household, I literally used that for 6 minutes. You guys are selling second hand goods. No one can clean 1 room without finishing and wait for 1hr to do the other one. Those vacuums are a waste. I will have to help other people to safe money and avoid your products. They are time wasting. I doubt that they are approved in the industry
