Pool Gobbler Socks

In early April 2019 I contacted Verimark to express my disappointment with the "life" of the "Pool Gobbler" socks. After many e-mails back and forth, and returning a sock that had developed holes within a week, I finally received a complimentary replacement pack of socks. Well done to Verimark for listening to a client complaint, but possibly the complaint investigation process could receive attention in order to hasten the resolution of the case.
