Pool Gobbler Pro - Terrible quality and spares not available

This must be the company with the poorest quality products ever and when one needs spares, they are nowhere to be found. Each year, I need to buy a replacement hose for my pool gobbler pro, but yesterday I wasted so much time and fuel and still could not find this spare part. This frustration could have been avoided, if the product was made with better quality materials. I went to Leroy Merlin, Game, Builders, Verimark, Pool and Pet Hyper and Checkers, no one had stock. Either its sold out because every person that has this product needed this spare or their reps are not doing a great job of replenishing stock into the stores.
