Pathetic Customer Service

I have never ever in my life experienced such horrible customer service. to the extend that the sales person actually told me I am threatening him and that he will take me to court and will get his lawyer for me just for asking his full name and advising him I am going to log a formal complaint against him for the poor customer service he is rendering and the attitude he is giving. I went to Verimark on Saturday 05th of March and purchased a Bauer Marbletech Homemakers Set cash for my mom. we returned to the store 3 times as each time there was something wrong I dont mind returning to the store as I understand that factor defaults do happen. Yet the attitude disgusted me! I felt like demanding my money back and never setting foot in a Verimark store. The Sales assistant was so rude and when i asked his name he asked me if I am threatening him and that he will take me to court and get his lawyer for me. He refused to give his name and did not wear a name plate however when he wrote out the slip to exchange the pot I managed to see his name is ABDUL. I arrogant, rude person who treated me lower than ****! <br> <br> This is not acceptable and i am Disgusted!!!
