Part ordered a year ago, but still haven't received it.
Ordered a base of a Genesis Hydrovac plus almost a year ago from the branch at Baywest Mall. Everytime when I phone I get the same excuse that the part was ordered, but did not arrive. I then ordered one from the new Verimark store at Corkwood mall in Kariega. Same dtory as with Baywest Mall branch. Absolutely pathetic service!!!!
