Orbitrek is a overpriced piece of garbage!
We bought a Orbitrek 2 and half years ago. This weekend as my husband was exercising the bolt holding the one of pedals to the machine broke clean off. My husband fell. We took it to Makro where it was purchased to get it fixed. Typically this happens after the guarantee expired. This is also the second machine, as the first one we took back the day after it was bought because it made a very funny noise. This is a warning to everyone: don't waste your money on this overpriced piece of garbage. You will only be disappointed or worse, injured. Just buy a ordinary fitness bicycle. I regret the day this was bought.

What a joke! A generic reply and that's it! Why bother. A pathetic company with pathetic service. A warning to all -stay away from their inferior products. They charged us - I kid you not- R300 labor to replace R20 bolt and nut! Are you serious?!!!!! Follow up and assist? From someone on the way from Alpha Centauri?
