Not So Non-Stick pan

<p>My wife bought me a Bauer Eco Stone pan for my Birthday in December 2015.</p> <p>It has worked fine up to about June of this year when frying of things such as eggs became a problem in that the item would stick to the pan.</p> <p>Washing also became much more difficult.</p> <p>In exasperation I mailed Verimark and a gentleman named Thabo called me on Friday 12 August to discuss.</p> <p>He said there is a one year warranty however due to the fact that I did not keep the slip I would have to buy a new one! Thabo did not even ask for me to bring the pan in to Verimark to be inspected!</p> <p>I do not feel the need to keep slips for small items such as frying pans and do so for larger, big ticket items such as appliances.</p> <p>I myst stress that this pan has peen extremely well cared for - washed (closth only, never scoured) separately, dried and placed back in its cupboard so it is not scratched.</p> <p>To be treated with such a lack of understanding is an insult, and in future I will just buy a cheaper supermarket one and discard after 6 months, this will work out far more cost effectively.</p>
