NO STOCK EVEN IF THE ARTICLES WERE ADVERTISED
I responded on 20 Feb on an ad of Verimark in the Huisgenoot. They were advertising the Floorwiz Coral fibre mop for R49.90. I went to the store in Woodlands Blvd on 21/2/15 to order 2 mops. The lady was very helpful & complete the order form. She said the stock will be available on 25/2/15. No stock received up to date. Once again Anna contacted the rep who said the promotion stock will only be delivered to certain Game Stores. This is unacceptable. I contacted Verimark h/o this morning, spoke to a Carol and she said she will contact me again after I phoned her again. I want the mops because I did respond in time due to limited stock. I cant drive from shop to shop to see if they do have stock to get my mops. This is unacceptable. At the Parkview branch there were mops (demos) but only for the R119. Prices were not rectified to R49.
With regards to your query pertaining to the Floorwiz Coral Fibre mop. You would have noticed the adverti*****t indicated the sale commenced 23 February 2015. This is the reason the store would not have had stock on the 21st of February 2015.
As indicated on the adverti*****t, we have limited stock available thus we cannot place orders in advance for sale merchandise. Reserving stock in this manner would also not be fair towards all our other customers, thus it's unfortunately a first come first serve basis. Further to this, the adverti*****t states that prices are valid for as long as stocks last. Unfortunately we had very limited demo stock and at times not enough to supply all the outlets to which Verimark supplies.
As discussed with Daryl this morning, we have sourced stock from one of our other stores specifically for you, at the advertised price. Daryl will be in contact to arrange the payment and delivery of this.
