NO SPARE PARTS FORCING NEW PURCHASES

I have a wet / dry vacuum cleaner and despite due care, both the vacuum and the wet pipes have cracked, thus rendering not only them useless but the entire machine. After months of trying, I managed to procure new pipes from the Verimark in Cradlestone Mall, only to find that the pipes don't even fit my machine. I am now stuck with a machine that I cannot use, as spare parts are simply not made available. This is NOTHING but a PLOY on the part of Verimark to force people to buy a new machine as they cannot and do not and will not support older models. This is unacceptable behaviour towards consumers.
