No feedback on product complaint

I sent a complaint a while ago on your online link regarding the purchase of a Hydro Vac. When we purchased the product we were looking for something that could vacuum and scrub carpets in one. We were made to believe that the Hydro Vac would be able to do so. Now we are sitting with something that is not doing what we so badly need it to do. Even as far as the the vacuuming capability of the unit, we need to go over something numerous times before it finally picks it up... not happy with the product and your lack of feedback on my original complaint
