I need brushes, for my Genesis. Needless to say arrogantly (bad attitude towards customers) the worker (Pontso) at Festival mall outlet what to sell me a whole motor. Or want me to book in my vacuum cleaner for repairs while I have identified the parts needed. Today I phoned the head office in Jhb to be informed that they don't sell parts for the vacuum cleaner, I must bring it in for repairs. What happened to support? Regards, David ********** 790
