Never buying Verimark affiliated products again, shoddy customer service
I visited the Rosebank Mall branch (JHB) on 16 March 2023 as my Genesis Garment Steamer was tripping the main switch. I received Service Reception Form no. 117141 as confirmation thereof.
I've had no feedback since and have been the one to call in with broken commitments on each occasion. Please note that I for one will never purchase any Verimark affiliated product at any point in the future.
