Never buy the Gorilla 3 x hose 23m

We bought the Gorilla hose around March this year. 13 days later the hose popped after we used it twice. Now this is advertised that a car can drive over it. We treated it very gently as the sales person told us about slowly let water in etc etc. So it is really false advertising that this hose is very strong. I took it back to verimark, wanted a refund, but because it is over 6 days the sales person said he can only exchanged it. He assured me that this time it won't pop as it was maybe a bad batch. Well, after a month the hose got holes in them. We couldn't find the slip as the shop took it and I could not find the exchange slip. Looked for days. I emailed the verimark customer care line where a very helpful lady said I can go back to Pavilion and they will exchange it. I went to the shop and they knew nothing about the exchange. I emailed the "helpful" lady. It is now almost 2months and i am still waiting for her to respond back. Emailed again. No respond. We spent R499 for a total of 5 times use. Never trusting verimark products ever again as this case is not resolved and they obviously don't care about the customer.
