Good morning sir. I purchased an verimark item (Drifter Pro Remote control car) from Game stores a few months ago. Unfortunately I could not return it, because the date for returning did expire already. Yesterday i phoned one of there branches in vangate mall for assistance. They advised me to contact the head office which I did this morning. What happened to the car is that the gear inside the wheel's links that turns the motor actually broke off which prevented the wheel from turning. So I as the consultant whom I spoke to if they could maybe assist me in getting this part to fix it. She told me straight there's nothing they can do, because they only replace some of the parts, and that specific part they don't stock, because the item is being imported. So I told her that I must now lose a R1000 because there's nothing they can do and all she said is sorry sir. I'm really disappointed with there services.

Due to the nature of the toys and the use thereof by kids who do not necessarily apply adequate caution or follow the recommended usage instructions, toys may only be exchanged subject to having a manufacturing defect within a period not exceeding 15 days after purchase.
No Refunds will be given on toys.
Exchanges are only allowed if:
1. The item is returned in its original condition, with all parts and the original packaging – accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
2. There is no visible damage to the item.
3. If the item is believed to have a manufacturing defect when assessed by a Verimark representative.
Verimark will not be held liable if the toy has been damaged during use and is under no obligation to exchange the product. Exchanges are at Verimark’s discretion.
When purchasing children's goods and toys you must ensure that these goods and toys are used for the age group as described on the packaging, for purpose for which they were designed and with parental supervision. We will not be liable for any damages suffered by you or any other person caused by the misuse and/or abuse of the children's goods and toys bought from Verimark. All liability for such damages shall remain with the supplier of the children's goods and toys.
Please note however that toys carry no guarantee, we don't repair no carry any spare parts .
I unfortunately cannot change the above policy which is the company policy. You are welcome to contact us should you require further information
