Miss Belt false weightloss *******

My wife Lerato purchased miss belt at Vaalmall on the 21st of December, friday. She returned it a day later due to not being satisfied with the product for a number of reasons: She was told when purchasing it that it will help with putting off belly weight and results will be seen in about 4 weeks, after purchasing the product however the label inside states that miss belt is for cosmetic purposes only. Its not intended as a weightloss or the****utic product. Upon returning the product due to unsatisfactory reasons she was denied having to return it due to being told its an undergarment and cant be returned for hygienic purposes. The problem she has with that though or what she finds difficult to comprehend rather, is how is it considered an undergarment and unhygienic when returning it but yet before she made a purchase she was fitted one of the belts in store that is used to fit everyone else who considers/is considering to purchase it. If one belt is meant for fitting different customers in store, how is it considered unhygienic when she is not satisfacted with a product she hasn't used and would like to return, yet one belt is used for fittings. Afterwards she called Verimark customer care where she was told miss belt cannot be returned. So it doesn't matter whether or not she was mislead to buying a belt she has no use for, Verimark just doesn't want to lose sales.
