Miss belt
I bought a Miss belt on the 21/02/23 at game store(Bloed mall Pretoria).when I open the product when I got home I didn't like what I saw. The very same day I wrote an email to game on how I can return the product, I received a call and I was told that I should go back to the store and return it.however when I got there I was told that I can't exchange or return the product as is considered as under garments. My problem is that if you go online on game page under the miss belt is written that you can exchange or get your refund.when I call verimark they told me that they cannot assist me because they are not allowed to return nor exchange the product.

Thank you for contacting Verimark. The Miss Belt is sold as underwear and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded as per the below. If you had a defective item within 15 days – we could exchange the item. However, this item carries no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This item is sold as a waist trainer and needs to be used consistently to achieve results.
Your rights regarding the CPA
15 days exchange or refund policy:
We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 15 days of purchase. However, the goods must still be in their original condition and packaging, and you must provide us with proof of payment for the goods. Also, returned goods must be complete with all the accessories included in the original purchase, as well as any Freebies received with the purchase. You will be required to offer us an explanation for the return and offer us the opportunity to address any problems.
Are any goods excluded from the 15-day exchange or refund policy?
Yes, there are a few exceptions. The goods we exclude from the 15-day return policy are:
· swimwear, underwear, shavers, toys, toothbrushes, and other personal care items.
· Software, CDs, DVD, and pre-recorded videos are protected by copyright law. Unless there is a manufacturing defect in the goods, you can only return these goods if they are still in the original condition as sold and the packaging has not been opened yet.
· Goods purchased by way of special arrangement or custom order will only be replaced if defective.
