Misleading Ad and very rude area manager Mr Kwena

I have just had a horrible experience at verimark clearwater mall. I went in about 2 weeks ago to purchase an iron. This is after I went on the internet to see what options I had. I found the Power steam advanced iron as well as the mega steam iron. These 2 irons are priced the same even the same youtube video is used to advertise them. when i got to the store (2 weeks ago) the mega steam iron was not in stock and as i customer with the information i gathered from the net these are basically the same so if i am not happy with the one i can always go back an exchange for the other one...which in my head made sense, same price, same product (they both irons) and same video used for the ad. To my surprise when i got the store there had been a price increase which as a customer i felt shouldn't impact me because this happened post the fact. The guys at the store tried their best even trying to communicate to a certain Mr Kwena which he told them he doesn't want to speak to me (very rude and unprofessional). About 20 to 30 min later as the guys where put in soo much pressure even called Patricia from Customer Service Mr Kwena then agrees to talk to me. Instead of understanding where I am coming from Mr Kwena makes an example about bread being advertised by 2 different companies and not being the same (not sure how and why this was relevant because the company in question was Verimark)and how he was not going to authorize a discount so that i can exchange my iron because these are 2 different products. Then my question is why VERIMARK used the same video to advertise clearly 2 different product, which are again PRICED THE SAME and DELIVER SAME SERVICE. Don't you think this is misleading to the customer? if the difference was CLEARLY stated I would have made a different and more informed decision as a customer. Its not like i wanted to exchange a KIA for a Merc where it would make sense why the expectation of a top up but i wanted to exchange a Merc for the very same price as the other Merc which according to Verimark and their Ad they are the same.
