Long wait for the Repair of Genisis Hydrovac
We bought a Genisis Hydrovac on 10 February 2024. It stopped working on 8 July 2024. I immediately booked it in at Heidelberg Mall’s Verimark store. After numerous visits to the store and calls to the call centre I still don’t have my Hydrovac back. It has been more that 6 weeks.

27 Aug 2024, 11:08Almost another week has passed and still no idea where the Hydrovac is. Went to the store and they have no idea where it is. Except the comment here left by Verimark I’ve had no feedback at all.

27 Aug 2024, 20:00- I received it thank you. Now another part is broken. Can’t send a photo but the water chopper plate is cracked. In these dusty conditions it has now been two moths that I could not vacuum the carpets. I am very disappointed in the product and service.
