Lack of quality control

I am very disappointed in your products. I purchased an amphibious racer for my daughter's birthday only to have her open it on her birthday and it does not work! She was so devistated and went to school crying. All she wanted was a remote control car for her birthday and we decided to get something a bit more expensive to treat her and hoping it would last Langer than cheaper items yet it didn't even work coming out the box. Thanks for ruining my 6 years Olds birthday! I was then late going to her school party as I was stuck at game trying to replace the item for 1 that actually works! It had no static connectors in the battery compartment! Which means no power! Not sure you allow such a large manufacturing error through your quality control.
