Lack of Customer Care!!!

I purchased a gorilla hose in May 2019 ( Verimark- Game Gateway). The consultant told me that the hose has a 2year guarantee and also explained that the hose is very durable and you can even 'drive your car' over it. Little over a year later, the hose is leaking towards the middle. I take it back to verimark in Pavilion and was initially told that they cannot assist me as their staff are well trained and would tell me 2 years. After some back and forth i was told they they will replace it for me but they do not haves stock. I wait for a few days and then give them a call to find out whats happening with my query. I then get told i must call in 2 weeks to find out if stock is coming in. Really? I must now do follow ups on an inferior product and if no stock comes in then too bad?????? I then make a suggestion to them to give me the 15 meter hose as i had purchased the 23m, only to get told they are not allowed the do that. I asked to the sales consultant to give me his line manager's number so that i can speak to him directly and get told that I am not allowed to speak to his manager as that was the instruction they were given. again, Really??????

To spend +/- R500 on a hose and for it to last just a year is not practical. Verimark claims that the hose is absolutely durable and you can drive a car over it but it will last you only a year.........pathetic .....
