Our Genesis blender (bought more than 2 years ago) has a broken part. When we inquired at your shop, you gave me your mobile number and requested me to send you the pics and description of what needs to be replaced! Within 2 hours after I sent you the pics this morning, you informed me that you have already ordered the part from your head office, that the cost will be R40, and that you'll keep it at the store for me until the end of the month when we'll be in Cape Town again!
