I-Play Flying Ball

So i buy this toy for my son for xmas and they demonstrate in the mall how it works, i ask them can it fly away and they say no - max 10m in the air, needs your hand to lift off. And so my son play with it in the cricket nets and all well until he wants to come inside and holds the ball in his hands, it then takes off, i tell him not to worry it will come down, but instead it shoots up straight into the air and away in the clouds.<br> <br> SO i phone the call centre and the lady on the other side can't answer me why, she just says it is not ment to be outside, and i say why if it can only move up 10m ? She can't answer me and she says she will get somebody to phone me back, but can't tell me when. So when i ask for a more clear timeline ...yes you guest it, she hangs up the phone !<br> <br> STILL waiting for a answer why verimark ? WHY ?
