I Play Drone malfunctioned and flew away.

I purchased a drone from Gateway Checkers Verimark And The Sale Man Conducted A Demonstration. I was happy and purchased the drone, the next day I calibrated and flew it in good weather. Once it lifted and was airborne I tried to have it return and it never respond. The drone just continued in the forward direction although I pressed the reverse control button. This drone malfunctioned and ever respond as stipulated. I spoke to the saleman at gateway checkers who was very helpful but he suggested I speak to the regional manager. I called the customer service centre and spoke to a lady who advised that she would investigate and feedback. When she returned my call she said that the regional manager stated that nothing can be done. I am totally disappointed with this response. Bad product has it does not perform as advertised.
