I bought mop and the packet on Verimark in Somerset mall and my bucket was Brocken so when I went to buy a new bucket they didn’t have it in the store I went there 2 times and a lady that was assisting me took my contact details and promised to call me back when the have stock she never called me. And I gave them 2 numbers
