I bought a Genesis Duravac Pro
I bought a Genesis Duravac Pro. It was terrible. I dont make a point of complaining but it was so bad i feel the need to. For R1999, i expected so much better. Still a lot of hair left on my carpet and it couldnt even suck up a piece of very thin cotton. Wheel fell off twice while vacuuming. But the main concern was the poor suction power! I did test it in store but its not an ideal test as there is no dirt to suck up. The 2 stars are for the return policy, which was the only pleasant thing about the experience.

Once we get the product back to our Head Office we can give you feedback regarding your query on this item. It would be easier if you could book it in at a Verimark store
Could you perhaps advise when you will be going to the store so I can have an idea of when to look out for your units?
